You are the one people lean on. The leader people turn to in difficult meetings. The leader your organization calls when conflict show up. Quietly, you have been holding it together and wondering how much more you can handle.

This is the unspoken cost of leadership through these times of transition, the very people most capable of building thriving teams and leading systemic transformation are most likely to lose their own capacity to thrive. Decisions get harder. Relationships erode. Energy that used to feel inexhaustible runs out. Systems get stuck.

I have been there and know what it is like to overwork, depletion and stress and to feel frustrated waiting for organizational patterns to change. It can be easy to take it personally. I also know the power of a leader grounded in their presence, building partnership and engaging change as a practice to co-create the inner and outer conditions for systemic transformation.

I work with leaders who want to move stress to flow, disconnection to partnership and stuck to unstuck in ways that empower leadership, build partnership and lead change. Together, we strengthen the capacity and build the skills to expand wellbeing, collaboration, innovation and thriving workplaces.

I am a Regenerative Leadership Coach, Facilitator, Consultant and Yoga Teacher on a mission to catalyze creation culture through connection with ourselves, each other and nature.

A five step path of praxis co-developed with healthcare leaders, teams, coaches, consultants and Inner Development Guide (IDG) changemakers.

This roadmap is ideal for people who want to become a trusted partner, facilitate learning and co-create change toward more personal and planetary thriving.
